At The S Way, we are committed to delivering high-quality handcrafted apparel. As each piece is made with care, we have a strict No Return policy. However, we do accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:
1. Incorrect or Damaged Product
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you must follow these steps:
Unboxing Video Requirement: Record a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
Immediate Email Communication: Send an email to info@styleinthesway.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. The email must include:
Your order details
Clear photos and videos of the product issue
Failure to provide the above details within 24 hours will result in no return or exchange eligibility.
2. Return & Refund Process (If Eligible)
If a return is approved, we will initiate the pickup process within 3 to 5 business days.
Refund initiation will begin after the product has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take additional time depending on your bank.
3. Exchange Process (If Eligible)
If an exchange is approved, we will arrange for pickup within 3 to 5 business days.
Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will dispatch the correct product.
Additional delivery time will apply based on the shipping location.
4. Delayed Deliveries
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to delivery delays.
Courier services are third-party providers, and while we will assist with follow-ups, we are not responsible for delays.
Our standard delivery timeline is 5 to 11 business days, as we operate from North East India, where logistics can take longer.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Cases
Change of mind after placing the order
Incorrect size selection by the customer – If the customer selects the wrong size and we send the exact size ordered, this is not eligible for exchange. We are happy to guide customers extensively before they place an order to ensure they choose the right size. However, due to the exclusive handcrafted nature of our designs, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in such cases.
